Section 4402 - Expenditure of funds for capital outlay and maintenance projects

The department may expend funds appropriated by Section 22 of Chapter 1440 of the Statutes of 1985 in the 1985-86 and 1986-87 fiscal years for capital outlay and deferred and major maintenance projects of a health and safety nature at county fairs, district agricultural association fairs, and citrus fruit fairs.
