Section 27-35-211 - Disposition of fees and penalties

All fees and penalties collected under the provisions of §§ 27-35-202 and 27-35-210 shall be remitted by the tenth day of each month to the Administration of Justice Funds Section on a form provided by that section for deposit into the State Highway and Transportation Department Fund.
