Section 17-82-610 - Rules(a) The Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners shall adopt rules to implement and enforce this subchapter.(b) The rules adopted under this subchapter shall specify that a dental hygienist or a dental assistant shall not be an operator under this subchapter.
