Section 17-82-609 - Penalties(a) An operator, dentist, or dental hygienist who violates this subchapter is subject to § 17-82-316.(b) The Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners shall employ procedures under § 17-82-317 in assessing penalties under this section.
