Rule 37 - Interest on Judgments
(a) Affirmance. If a money judgment in a civil case is affirmed, whatever interest is allowed by law is payable from the date when the superior court's judgment was entered, unless the law provides otherwise.
(b) Reversal. If the Court modifies or reverses a judgment and directs entry of a money judgment in the superior court, the mandate must contain instructions about the allowance of interest.
(c) Computing Interest. In either case, the superior court clerk computes the interest allowed.
