Rule 36 - Entry of Judgment

A judgment is entered when it is noted on the docket. The Supreme Court clerk must prepare, sign, and enter the judgment after receiving the Court's opinion--or if settlement of the judgment's form is required, after final settlement. If a judgment is rendered without an opinion, the clerk must prepare, sign, and enter the judgment as the Court instructs.
