On or before July 1st of each year, the court administrator, on behalf of the superior court clerk for each superior court unit shall gather lists of names and addresses of persons residing in the unit. The lists may include registered voters, licensed drivers, other residents of the county who request to be added to the list of potential jurors, and any other authorized source. The lists shall become the juror master list of potential jurors for each superior court unit.
