Rule 2 - Excuse by Reason of Hardship(a) At any time, the presiding judge may excuse a person for all or part of the person's jury service upon individual request showing undue hardship on the prospective juror or the employer. The judge may order any person so excused to report at a future time within the person's potential jury service.
