Rule 4007.1 - Procedure In Deposition By Oral Examination(a) Written notice required by Pa.R.C.P. 4007.1(a) shall not be filed with the Office of Judicial Support unless said deposition is to be taken for the purpose of preparing a complaint pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 4007.1(c).
