Rule 4002 - Place For Depositions To Be Taken

In the absence of a contrary agreement between the parties pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 4002 or a contrary order by the court, depositions shall be held in the courthouse complex. This rule shall not apply to depositions pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 3117.
