Rule 3128 - Notice Of Sale, Personal Property
(c) A petition for the continuance of a sheriffs sale shall be presented to the appropriate judge, accompanied with an order in a form as follows:

ORDER

Effective (date), after consideration of the within petition and upon motion of______________, attorney for petitioners, the sheriffs sale of personal propeity located at____________, Pennsylvania, more particularly described in the writ of execution filed in the above-captioned matter scheduled for (date and time), is hereby continued until (date and time) upon payment of all outstanding sheriffs costs.
