Rule 3021(b)(l) - Lis Pendens(a) Members of the bar may by Praecipe enter a cause as lis pendens but such Praecipe must include a description of the property affected by such action and a simple or brief description or identification of said property for use by the Office of Judicial Support in indexing said lis pendens. Inclusion of property not the subject of the suit shall be sufficient cause to summarily strike said lis pendens.(b) The Office of Judicial Support shall enter lis pendens upon the judgment index, with a reference to the number and term of the action and a brief description or reference to the property affected.Del.
