All pleadings and other legal papers shall be printed in double space on white paper size 8 1/2 x 11 inches and secured by an appropriate metal or plastic fastener. The use of a gummed or taped substance is not permitted. Exhibits shall be tabbed at the bottom of the page and labeled. Wherever a copy of a writing is attached to a pleading, brief or other paper submitted to the Court, such copy shall be clearly legible and faithfully represent the original in every respect. The Court may require a legible copy be substituted and filed before the pleading, brief or other paper will be considered by the Court.
