Rule 214 - Preferences on Trial Lists(a) Preference shall be given in the preparation of Trial Lists as required by Pa.R.C.P. No. 214.(b) A judge's Trial List in any month shall ordinarily be comprised of the two most senior cases on the judge's Trial Ready List, unless the preference requirements of Pa.R.C.P. No. 214 are applicable. Although the Court may treat a case on the Trial List as a "stand-by," parties must be prepared to proceed on the date for trial stated in the Trial List notice.
