Rule 608 - Discovery Prior to Hearing Before Board of Viewers(1) All discovery disputes shall be presented upon proper notice to the Eminent Domain Judge, or to such other Judge as the Administrative Judge may designate to preside over the case.(2) Discovery shall close ten (10) days prior to the Hearing unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties or ordered by the Court.Adopted October 4, 2006, effective 12/4/2006.
