Rule 208.2(e) - Certification of Good Faith Attempt to Amicably resolve Discovery Motions(1) All Discovery Motions shall contain a certification, substantially in the form found on the Court's "Discovery Motions Form", that the moving party has conferred with all other parties in an attempt to resolve the discovery disputes at issue. In the event the moving party was unable to confer with any party, the attempts made to confer with that party shall be specifically set forth in the Motion.Adopted effective 11/13/2023.
