Rule 208.2(d) - Uncontested Motion Certification(1) A motion that is represented to be uncontested shall contain a certification, substantially in the form found on the Court's "Uncontested Motions Coversheet", by the moving party or counsel for the moving party that they have conferred with all interested parties, the full text of the motion and proposed order has been disclosed, and that the requested relief is uncontested. Uncontested Motions shall be presented pursuant to Local 208.3(a)(6)(b)(iii)Adopted effective 11/13/2023.
