Rule 1019 - Consideration of Statement of Objections by Court of Common Pleas1) Any Statement of Objections to the order or determination made by a Magisterial District Judge under Pa.R.Civ.P.M.D.J. 420 or Pa.R.Civ.P.M.D.J. 519.1, shall be considered de novo by a Board of Arbitrators.2) Upon the filing of the Statement of Objections, the Department of Court Records shall select an arbitration hearing date within three to four weeks and inform the claimant of that date by stamping it on a copy of the Statement of Objections using the envelopes provided by the claimant under Local Magisterial District Judge 1016(1).Adopted effective 11/13/2023.
