Rule 1016 - Statement of Objections1) At the same time a Statement of Objection is filed pursuant to Pa.R.Civ.P.M.D.J. 1016-1020, every claimant shall address an envelope to every party at their address as listed on the complaint form filed in the Magisterial District Court or as otherwise appears in the records of that court, or the attorney of record, if any; or an address as listed with the Department of Court Records.2) Using the envelopes addressed by the claimant filing the Statement of Objection under subsection (1) of this local rule, the Department of Court Records shall mail by first-class mail to every party a copy of the Statement of Objection which has been stamped with the date, time and place of the arbitration hearings.3) Such first-class mailings under subsection (3) of this local rule, when indicated on the record by the Department of Court Records, shall operate as service and proof of service. Any returned mail shall be noted on the Court's docket.Adopted effective 11/13/2023.
