Rule 3.181 - ELECTRONIC RECORDING ON COURTHOUSE PREMISES(1) Any party seeking to electronically record a court proceeding shall file with the Trial Court Administrator (TCA) a written request in advance of commencing coverage.(2) Electronic recording is prohibited in the hallways outside any courtroom or court offices without prior authorization by the Judge presiding in the case or the Trial Court Administrator. (Upon request, on a case-by-case basis, the court will consider designating an area outside the courtroom(s) and prohibited court areas for media and public access coverage).Tillamook Supp. L.
