Rule 3.142 - ATTORNEY OF RECORD(1) Attorneys shall file a Notice of Representation with the court prior to their first appearance on any case except those attorneys appointed by the court.(2) When an attorney is substituted for another, the filed and served notice of substitution is sufficient to change attorney-of-record, except that there shall be no change from one court appointed attorney to another court appointed attorney without prior leave of the court.Tillamook Supp. L.
