Rule 11.018 - Petitions for Judicial Determination(1) Petitions for Judicial Determination are filed by the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) with the Juvenile Court Clerk's Office. Petition filings must include an affidavit, a voluntary placement agreement and a formal request by ODHS, and a proposed Judgment of Judicial Determination.(2) The court does not require an initial review hearing, unless requested by ODHS prior to the court entering a Judgment for Voluntary Placement.(3) Following entry of Judgment for Voluntary Placement the court will set a Permanency Hearing within six months and send notices to parties.Jackson Supp. L.
