As used in these rules, an "original action" is a case that invokes the original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court pursuant to Article IV, Section 2(B)(1)(a) through (e) of the Ohio Constitution.
An original action shall be filed as provided for in S.Ct.Prac.R. 12.01.
