As used in these rules, an "administrative agency" appeal is an appeal that involves review of the action of the Board of Tax Appeals, the Public Utilities Commission, or the Power Siting Board.
An administrative-agency appeal shall be filed as provided for in S.Ct.Prac.R. 10.01 through 10.03.
