The signature of any judge, magistrate or court employee on any document may be executed manually or by means of any device or machine, including electronic signature or signature stamp. No document shall be signed for any judge, magistrate or court employee manually or by means of any device or machine, including electronic signature or signature stamp, without first obtaining permission indicating the intention of the signer to authenticate the signature and the document. Any form of signature authorized by this rule shall be considered as an actual signature by the judge, magistrate or court employee.
