Materials to be sealed shall only be filed after an order sealing such materials has been signed and journalized. Unless otherwise ordered, all documents ordered to be filed under seal shall be submitted to the Clerk for filing in a securely sealed envelope. The envelope shall be clearly and conspicuously marked with the case number, the name of the submitting party, and a notation that the enclosed materials are submitted for filing under seal.
Materials submitted to a magistrate or panel of judges for in camera review in an appeal or original action shall not be filed with the clerk.
