Rule 10 - DISMISSALS FOR FAILURE TO PROSECUTE APPEALUnless the appellant demonstrates that no undue delay and no prejudice to appellee has been caused by the failure to comply with the rules, the following shall be deemed good cause for dismissal of an appeal pursuant to App.R. 3(A), 11(C), or 18(C):
(A) Failure to file with the notice of appeal the appropriate filing in accordance with App.R. 9(B).(B) Failure to cause the record on appeal to be timely transmitted to the clerk of this court.(C) Failure to timely file the brief and assignment of error.(D) Any other noncompliance with the Appellate Rules or the rules of this court.Amended effective 7/1/2015; as amended effective 7/1/2021; amended effective 7/1/2023; amended effective 7/1/2024.
