Rule 5 - Application of Rule 78 (motion Day)(a) In domestic matters where temporary relief is sought, written statements in support and opposition of motions scheduled for hearing under Rule 78 shall be submitted in lieu of oral presentation. (b) Should circumstances warrant, the Court may, in its discretion, upon motion of either party, proceed to hear the issues presented.
