Rule 4 - Financial Disclosure Statements

In all domestic matters wherein financial relief is sought, the parties shall be prepared to furnish full financial information to the Court and opposing counsel at the original consideration of the matter. It is suggested that this information be furnished on Financial Disclosure Statement Forms provided by the Chancery Clark's Office.
