Visual or demonstrative aids may only be presented during oral argument if the information subject of the aid is contained in the record and copies of what is being presented have been provided to opposing counsel and the justices during oral argument. Counsel shall file a notice of intent to utilize visual or demonstrative aids with the court no later than two calendar days before the date fixed for the argument.
