Counsel for any amicus curiae may only participate in oral argument upon counsel for any other party agreeing to share that party's time and upon the granting of a motion by this court. A motion to participate in oral argument by counsel for amicus curiae must be filed no later than ten calendar days prior to the date fixed for argument.
