Rule JCRPP 11 - Public Offense PetitionA. A petition may be filed by the county attorney, on AOC-JV-1, Juvenile Petition, to initiate a formal court proceeding:1. When a child is eligible for diversion but diversion is not mandatory under KRS 635.010;2. When a child is not eligible for diversion;3. When a child has failed to complete a diversion agreement; or4. When a child declines to enter into a diversion agreement.B.
