Rule 8.03 - Written Orders, Motions and Petitions

A. All written orders of Court shall be prepared by the moving party unless otherwise ordered.

B. Every petition or motion filed must be accompanied with proof of notice of its filing or presentation date.

C. Any petition or motion not presented to the Court within 30 days of filing may be stricken.
