Rule 8.02 - Case Management Conferences

A. The Clerk of the Court shall schedule a Case Management Conference to be held within 90 days from the date of filing of the initial Petition.

B. At the Case Management Conference, in cases involving minor children, the Court shall address:

(i) Completion of the parental education class by the parties.

(ii) The status of an Allocation Judgment of Parental Rights and Responsibilities pursuant to 602.10(a);

(iii) Appointment of a Mediator or any other professional the Court deems necessary to determine allocation of Parental Responsibilities.

C. At any time in its discretion the Court may issue a case management order.
