Rule AD-11 - Attorneys Responsibility to CourtA. Each attorney shall promptly advise the Clerk of the Court in writing of his or her office address, telephone number, email address, facsimile number or law firm affiliation if it is different from that listed in the current Directory of the State Bar of Arizona or is omitted from the directory.B. In any case where more than sixty (60) days have elapsed after a matter has been finally submitted to the court for decision, and no such decision has been rendered, counsel shall file a notice with the court with copies to the Presiding Judge and the Clerk of the Court to ascertain whether such matter is presently under advisement or has been inadvertently overlooked by the court.L.
