Rule 6 - Law Library
(a)Administration. The court administrator under the supervision of the presiding judge shall be responsible for the administration of the county law library. Daily operation of the library shall be delegated to the library director who shall be selected and serve at the pleasure of the presiding judge.
(b)Library Committee. A law library committee shall be appointed by the presiding judge who shall designate one of the members as chairman. The committee shall make recommendations to the presiding judge concerning policy, rules and regulations, budgetary matters and the operation of the library.
(c)Policies, Rules and Regulations. The presiding judge shall adopt, publish and disseminate policies, rules and regulations governing the operation of the library.

HISTORICAL NOTES

The former Local Rules of Practice for Cochise County, Rule VI, Cumpulsory Arbitration of Claims, adopted June 22, 1987, effective September 1, 1987, was abrogated by order dated March 10, 1992, effective March 21, 1992. See now Rule 11.
