(a) Discovery in board disciplinary proceedings shall be governed by W.S. 16-3-107, the Act, and these rules.
(b) Pursuant to W.S. 16-3-107, the board or its hearing officer, at the request of a party, may subpoena the attendance of witnesses or require the production of books, papers or other evidence. A respondent may apply for a subpoena subject to W.S. W.S. 33-26-408(f).
