The hearing officer shall conduct the hearing in executive session pursuant to W.S. 16-4-405(a)(ii) and/or (a)(ix), unless the respondent, by written motion filed no later than the deadline set forth in the pre-hearing order, requests a public hearing. The hearing officer may sequester witnesses upon appropriate request by any party.
