049-2 Wyo. Code R. § 2-9
This section is administered in accordance with the 7 CFR 273.7 with the following exceptions and clarifications:
(a) Each E&T Program participant who is actively participating in an approved component will receive Fifteen Dollars ($15) per month for each of the sixty (60) days of required participation.
(b) The participant will be entitled to the reimbursement upon satisfactory completion of the E&T component activity at the end of the first and fifth week of participation.
(c) A participant who accepts employment of thirty (30) hours or more per week as a result of E&T component activity shall be considered to have satisfactorily completed the E&T requirements and will receive a reimbursement for the period.
(d) No more than two (2) fifteen dollar ($15) reimbursements per participant are allowed in a twelve (12) month period.
(e) Only one (1) reimbursement per participant is allowed each month.
(f) Work registration alone does not qualify an individual for the reimbursement.
