(a) The Division will use technologically advanced hardware and software control to prevent unauthorized access to records and to help ensure system security.
(b) The Division may conduct unscheduled audits of any agency or other organization which has received criminal history information to ensure compliance with the security requirements imposed on those agencies and organizations by these rules.
