(a) The Department shall annually provide Assessors with information and training regarding compliance with new rules and statutes. - (i) Annually, the Property Tax Division shall monitor each Wyoming County Assessor's Office to discuss and insure utilization of Department approved CAMA systems and compliance with all Department directives and orders with regard to appraisal methods and valuation methodologies. The results shall be compiled by identifying current issues of concern and presented to the Department of Revenue Director no later than January 31st of the following year.
- (A) Each county shall receive a copy of the results of their county and be provided the opportunity to respond.
- (B) If concerns are not cured within a time specified by the Division, the Department may, in conjunction with the county, develop a work plan to correct the situation.
