Real Ware is the only CAMA system adopted and approved for valuation of taxable property assessed at the County level for property tax purposes. The system shall be used for all real and personal property, except property for which narrative appraisals or other recognized supplemental appraisals are used as a substitute to the CAMA system. For these properties, the assessor shall maintain a name and address file in the CAMA system, along with a legal description and the final value of land and buildings as described in the narrative or supplemental appraisal.
