This is a department informational note to be used under IECC section R405.6: Note: The federal Department of Energy has developed REScheck TM, a computer program that may be used in demonstrating compliance for a residential building which has no more than 3 stories above grade and has 3 or more dwelling units. The REScheck program may be downloaded at http://www.energycodes.gov. The most recent version of REScheck shall be used to determine code compliance. When using the program, the applicable code must be defined as the "2015 IECC."
