Section DFI-WCA 1.69 - Restrictions on deficiency judgments; amount owing

The phrase "amount owing at the time of default" as used in s. 425.209, Stats., shall mean the unpaid balance of the account excluding any unearned finance or additional charges but including any unpaid deferral or deficiency charges.
