Section ATCP 91.05 - Combination quantity declarations

Whenever the method of sale of a commodity includes a statement of count in addition to a statement of weight, measure or size, the method of sale shall comply with applicable requirements in NIST Handbook 130, ch. IV.B, section 3.2.
