Section ATCP 91.04 - Presentation of price

Whenever an advertised, posted or labeled price per unit of weight, measure or count for any commodity includes a fraction of a cent, all elements of the fraction shall be prominently displayed in compliance with NIST Handbook 130, ch. IV.B, section 3.1.
