Section ATCP 81.73 - Wisconsin grade D standards

Any damaged Swiss or emmentaler cheese which is marketable for use as human food except for the damage, and cheese which does not meet the requirements of any of the higher grades under this subchapter shall qualify for the Wisconsin grade D classification.
