Section ATCP 76.045 - License holder qualifications

To qualify for a license, an applicant shall do all of the following:

(1) OWNER. Be an owner of the pool or an officer of the legal entity owning the pool.

(2) PAYMENT OF FEES. Pay the applicable license fees at the time the application is submitted.
