Section 9-402.11 - Specific Requirements(A) The PUSHCART shall be equipped with overhead protection, such as an umbrella.(B) The PUSHCART shall provide adequate shielding to protect FOOD from contamination.(C) Every PUSHCART shall have a SERVICE BASE of operations consisting of an enclosed building of sufficient size to accommodate PUSHCARTS for servicing, cleaning, inspection, maintenance and storage.Wis.
