Section 9-401.11 - Scope of Operation(A) TIME\TEMPERATURE CONTROL SAFETY FOOD activities are limited: (1) To cooking and service of pre-formed MEATS such as; hamburgers, bratwurst, frankfurters, or preformed portions of POULTRY or FISH, and(2) Service of hot or cold held FOOD prepared at a licensed facility.(B) FOOD preparation is limited to activities described under (A) and final meal assembly.(C) All FOOD shall be stored on the pushcart.Wis.
